Her practice draws from the wisdom and teachings of yoga, meditation, developmental and expressive movement, Axis Syllabus, and more. Curious about how we interact with these forms as unique individuals and as a group, she intends that when we offer our bodies something, we allow space to hear something back. Susan offers accessible practices to cultivate compassionate and respectful relationships, support sustainable functional movement and healthy breathing, encourage the circulation of our fluid bodies, nurture neuroplasticity, and provide rest, pleasure, and fun!
